have a very serious problem in modeling a DC plant for high rise buildings in Middle
east (gulf region) . If we want to get more than two point , the LEED
district cooling treatment required a virtual chillers to be modeled . the default
overall efficiency for this chillers is <span style='color:red'>4.4COP</span> .
this efficiency is very low in comparison with the minimum required COP for the
baseline based on the ASHRAE requirements. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
