Hi all,

I’m trying to model a chilled ceiling with a VAV air
supply for ventilation and additional load pick-up when needed. Has anybody
tried to do this before? I’m running into problems because the IU and FCU
systems all have CV fans (therefore fan energy is overestimated and the model
shows negative savings over the baseline). I also looked at the PIU system
(because you can select a variable speed fan), but I don’t think this is
appropriate because it appears that the cooling coil is in the AHU. Anybody
have any tips or run into this before?
