question about running baseline & proposed in the same model. Originally,
I was thinking the similarly to the answer that was given – there has to
be 2 models, but I just set up a model with 2 HVAC systems (1 geothermal to
cover perimeter & 1 PSZ to cover the one core zone that is actually gas
& electric heat, but 90.1G seems to tell me to assign PSZ). <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>First in the building wizard, I
assigned these systems as described above. Then, while in the EEM run
wizard, I created a new run and called it “Whole Building EEM Baseline”.
I went to the run details of that one and deleted the geothermal systems and
assigned the PSZ to all zones. Went back into the first Whole Building
EEM & the geothermal was still there assigned to perimeter zones so long
story short, I think I am running a “baseline case” & a
proposed in the same model. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
