<DIV>In both cases, I ended up 1) taking a review class, and 2) reading the long boring reference guides, front to back, then back to front. I also had a habit of smoking a cigar and enjoying some scotch for part of the reading time. I would suggest doing the same; scotch and cigar optional but highly recommended. <BR></DIV>
