<P><FONT SIZE=2>Dear all,<BR>
<BR>
I am having 19.2% of hours outside throttling range, and the fans are on for 8760 hrs (all the year). This means 1682 hrs outside throttling range. How can I reduce this number to less than 300? I increased the chiller and boiler capacities a lot, (from 0.6 to 65 MBtu/h), but it seems there is a limit on the effect of capacities on the hours unmet.<BR>

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Is there any other parameter i need to play with to decrease the number of unmet hours?<BR>
