<p class=MsoNormal>I’ve just converted an EPW file to BIN and wanted to
make sure that the resulting file is working as it should be.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I’ve downloaded a weather file for Istanbul from the <a
href="http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weather_data3.cfm/region=6_europe_wmo_region_6/country=TUR/cname=Turkey">DOE’s
website</a> and also the eQ_WthProc converter. I followed directions in the
archive to edit the eQ_WthProc.INI file (I came across an email from Susan
Trzos which was most helpful). Finally I imported the file into eQUEST and ran
it (everything seemed normal).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Does anyone know of a QA process to check a weather file?
The heating loads are in the winter and cooling loads in the summer so that
makes sense, but do I need to go into more detail?<o:p></o:p></p>
