there is no "equest help desk" per se. There is this list, and

users who are very experienced. As has been pointed out recently,

The Equest Error ' "Value is not within the allowable range." appears<br>
whenever accessing any Reports. The simulations run without error and the<br>
Sim Reports and .bdl files don't show any errors. I've tried a few different<br>
test files and all get the same error. Has anyone seen this problem?<br>

Running on XP on a Navy NMCI computer (encrypted, lots of access<br>
restrictions, etc). Could it be a rights issue?<br>
