suggestions/discussions initiated by people like me would be less welcome,
possibly even discouraged? For a hypothetical, if someone posted a
situation/conundrum for which I might have a unique idea/solution, I might be
less inclined to share if I knew “oh… Carol will get to that –
it’s her job after all.” </span></p>
