Hi James,<br><br>Other than hearing your frustration, I can do little else with this level of information. I would guess, and I might be wrong, that this is not a bug. I would guess that you entered some conflicting information somehow, somewhere. Do you read BDL? If you do, I would start looking about in your .inp file. Look at schedules, first. Then look at the economics inputs. If you want to send us a Window's XP compatible copy of your .inp file some of us might take the time to look around in it for you, too.<br>

However, what’s happening is that I’m getting double billed for

months, so I have a min charge set up of 1049 KW.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Why is some of the energy as shown in the ES-F report allowed
to creep over into the next billing season?</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve tried messing with the demand billing windows (15
mins up to 120 mins), the fixed vs sliding scale, etc, but nothing changes the
fact that SOME energy creeps into the next season. Help!!</p>

to 6/1 does nothing).</p>
