<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Hello,</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The baseline building shows the following
consumption distribution. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">HVAC - 40%</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Lighting - 10%</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Misc Equipment - 50% (includes Office
equipments, Lifts/Escalator, Misc equipments, Water/sewage/fire system
loads)</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The overall savings of proposed model
is much less than 10% savings,even if the proposed model saves 20%
in HVAC , 20% in Lightings & nothing in MISC loads.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Whereas EAC1 require 12% savings for
core and shell bldg to achieve minimum 3 points. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">My question is</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">What needs to be done to get the EA
credit other than HVAC and lightings? </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Is it possible to reduce the MISC Equipments
loads (ie process) & use it for saving calculation?. How we can reflect
that in eQuest.(as 90.1 says both baseline and proposed models should have
same loads).</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">or any ideas to maximise the EA Credit
points.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Thanks for your contribution.</font>
