I am modeling a school building with small "unit ventilators" that have hot water and chilled water coils, (i'm modeling as fan coil units in equest).  My problem is that these units have a small ERV and equest doesn't allow fan coils to have them.  If anyone has a bright solution or tips that would be great.  <br>
