The DOE-2 keyword you are referring to is UTILITY-RATE:ENERGY-CHG-SCH
and the only valid TYPEs for that keyword are FRACTION or MULTIPLIER
(FLAG schedules cannot be assigned here).<br>
What I would recommend is either/both:<br>
- review the utility rate documentation in the DOE-2 help system or in
the PDF residing in the eQUEST X-XX\Data\Rates\ directory<br>
- select a utility rate in the wizard that include "TOU" in the name
and review how it is defined in the detailed interface.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">If you look at the screen shot below, you can
see the “Energy
Charge Schedule” field that I’m trying to populate with my PG&E
Sch-E20 Schedule. I haven’t had to do one of these before, but it
seems to me like you create block charges and then flag them in your
day/week/annual schedules and the annual schedule gets assigned in the
Energy Charge
Schedule field I mentioned before.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The only problem is that I can’t select this
schedule
from the drop down menu and it won’t let me create a new schedule of
the “flag”
type. Has anybody had a problem like this or know how to enter TOU
rates?<o:p></o:p></p>
