<p>For what it's worth and since you asked, I feel the current guideline is well written and appropriate to this and the other <a href="http://onebuilding.org/" target="_blank">onebuilding.org</a> mailing lists. I'd feel differently if any individual abused the system, but you've made clear anyone violating the guideline would be removed. I for one hope the current policy remains in place, as this is a uniquely appropriate forum for those seeking employees to find a certain skillset. </p>

<p>The opportunities that do get posted here are certainly not there to a point of obtrusiveness in my humble opinion. If it grew to such a state someday, a separate job-posting/seeking board (like a BBS, not a mailing list) might be appropriate to have on the <a href="http://onebuilding.org/" target="_blank">onebuilding.org</a> site to prevent issues with our spam filters and such.</p>
