document production, project estimates, contract negotiations/bid reviews,
and holding client relationships in the area of HVAC engineering for
projects across the nation. Additional duties include energy analysis,
cost/benefit analysis, sustainable design (as it pertains to HVAC systems),
existing system condition assessment, and construction administration
activities. <br>

<b>The ideal candidate will possess:</b><br>

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis or specific
training in HVAC engineering in building environments. Plumbing
design/engineering experience is a plus. Building types include law
enforcement, detention, office, training, and developer-driven corporate
and retail based facilities.</span></p>

Five to ten years experience and Professional Engineer license required and
