getting the following error.  Anyone have answers  to the following
questions.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Why this error is occurring?. </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">How to trouble shoot this?. or what
needs to be done to eliminate this error.</font>

tried to make footprint manytimes., tried on other machine as well, but
in all the cases the same error is occurring)</font>
