      <p>Position: Energy Analyst/Modeler Consultant<br><br>Position
Mission: Work with other leading energy and sustainability consultants with a
focus on performing modeling and simulations of the energy performance
of new and existing buildings. Provide excellent client service and
contribute to leadership in the fields of energy engineering and
sustainable development.<br><br>Specific Duties<br>•  Perform building energy simulations and models in support of LEED projects, including new construction and existing buildings<br>•        Work with a variety of energy analysis software appropriate to the specific project, primarily eQuest<br>
•
Perform spreadsheet-based calculations of potential energy savings
opportunities for projects at the planning stages and for policy
development<br>•  Review LEED credit documentation related to energy performance for compliance with standards<br>•
Assist team members and client project teams with the interpretation of
and compliance with ASHRAE Standard 90.1 <br>•    Participate with team members in sustainable design charettes and workshops<br>• Prepare training tutorials for junior engineers on energy modeling techniques and protocols <br>
<br>Capabilities/Attributes Required <br>•  Specialized experience and technical expertise in energy analysis, modeling, and energy code compliance<br>•      Experience with building systems design & operation and the implementation of energy conservation measures in buildings <br>
•       Minimum of eight completed energy modeling projects<br>•
Demonstrated excellence in the use of energy modeling software – eQuest is required; IES, EnergyPlus, TRNSYS and other software is a
plus<br>• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word) <br>•      Excellent ability for oral and written communications in English; <br>•   Cooperative people skills to facilitate working with Project Managers and with Clients; <br>•     Ability to effectively prioritize and execute numerous project responsibilities simultaneously; <br>
•       Degree in engineering, architecture, or related field<br></p><p><br></p>
