question yesterday. I just figured it out! In the wizard, I went in to Zone Characteristics
and realized that the zone footprint at every shell was set to the total building
footprint and not to the footprint of the individual shell. Much better now.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

white section jutting out at the north (right) elevation- this should only be
at the 1<sup>st</sup> floor with a roof over this section and the 2<sup>nd</sup>
& 3<sup>rd</sup> floors having a straight continuous north elevation.<o:p></o:p></p>

looking at the footprints for each shell they look the way they should.
It’s only when I create the 3D model that it’s wrong.<o:p></o:p></p>

the basement & 1<sup>st</sup> level, 2<sup>nd</sup> level, 3<sup>rd</sup>
