<p class=MsoNormal>As Linda mentioned - window frames are likely the root cause
of your problem. In DOE-2, a window's X,Y position corresponds to the
location of the glass, not the outer frame, so locating a window @ (0,0) when
there is a frame around it will result in that frame lying outside the wall
(assuming a simple rectangular wall - a 0,0 positioned window w/ frame may in
fact be fine for polygonal walls).<br>
<br>
As for walls (or other components) "disappearing" from the model -
they disappear only from the graphical views, not the model itself and the
reason for this is because once DOE-2 encounters geometry errors it stops
processing geometry data for (most of?) the remainder of the building.<br>
Once you resolve the negative net wall area issues you should find that all
your missing walls re-appear.<br>
