to download via internet, you can download the weather file from the link
give below and place the weather file under eQuest weather file
directory. ( C:\Program Files\eQUEST 3-61\Weather ). Also, make sure you
have the file name similar both the places. I think it accepts only 8
characters ( ex..</FONT><A

INITO ERRORS dialog box when simulating performance that says "Errors while

then carried over to V3.61. I have uninstalled 3.61, and reinstalled but
that did nothing. I also noticed that when the system tries to download
through the DOE weather site, the software seems unable to make a
