No truth at all.<br>
There are several groups that have licensed eQUEST (or portions of
eQUEST/DOE-2) for use in a variety of products and services, but eQUEST
itself is not going away. We, the developers, intend to continue
enhancing and distributing eQUEST as freeware.<br>
