Using Windows Explorer to MOVE (not copy) an entire project folder out
from under the default main "Projects" folder is a good way to
facilitate the later restoration of both the project inputs and
results. You can restore access to the project's results by simply
moving the project folder back under the default Projects directory at
a later date (and even in a later version of eQUEST).<br>

The right mouse button options in the Projects/Runs tree to remove
individual runs and entire projects from the tree is also handy, but
the user will have to re-simulate each project/run they wish to later
restore to the Projects/Runs tree in the results module. These options
are avaialble in eQUEST versions 3.61e (~May-07) and later.<br>
<br>
Simply deleting the .SIM file for a given run should not remove that
project or run from the Projects/Runs tree. .SIM DOE-2 results files
are actually not ever read or accessed by eQUEST (though they are by
its companion D2SimViewer utility). eQUEST reads all results from
binary results files output from DOE-2 during the simulation. These
files are a little more dependable (always returning valid results even
in the occasional case where a result is so large that it cannot be
correctly represented in the space/formatting specified for it in the
.SIM file reports) and much quicker to pull results out of.<br>
If you wish to manually delete projects from the Projects/Runs tree the
way the more recent versions of eQUEST does it, then the file to delete
from your project directory is <project name>.pdh<br>

appears for every project I've ever run in eQuest? Viewing my current
actual results from my latest sim run, is getting for tedious because
of the
long project tree that appears when you are in Simulation Results
view.
Any tips from anyone on how to get rid of my old projects from this
