Additional answers -
1 - The estimated CHW load info on the Cooling Primary Equipment screen
is designed as a convenient mechanism to enable the user to calculate a
total required cooling tons. The resultant (estimated) # tons is then
used to default and number of chillers and chiller size range further
down on the screen, but that is it.

2 - Cooling tower inputs (and the corresponding cooling tower in the
detailed model) will be eliminated by selecting an air-cooled chiller
within the wizard. This will make your detailed interface changes,
where you replace the chiller(s) and boiler(s) w/ CHW & Steam
meters as Vikram described, a little bit easier.

3 - Custom electric and gas rates can be entered in the wizard by
choosing "- custom -" for the selections of Electric & Gas
Utilities on the first (Project / Site / Utility) DD wizard screen,
which then activate screens 4-6 of the proj/site/util screens where the
custom rate data can be entered. Further information can be found in a
text file and PDF found in the \Rates subdirectory of your eQUEST
program directory.
We are modeling a 17 story office building in Tokyo that draws power
