[Equest-users] eQuest Error on Opening - Invalid Previous Run Date

a new rinkle...after we enter the lines provided (thank you for that!)
Status=1000 & Special=583183190 eQuest will only launch in DOE2.2 (with
Read Only activated as well). When we click on "launch DOE2.3" from the
eQuest interface it still launches in DOE2.2...anyone having this issue?

Apologies if someone already posted about this (I didn't see it, but
there's lot of postings so may have missed it).
