Or create two separate main electric meters, one for base building systems and all HVAC and common area lighting, etc. would go onto that meter. Then apartments would collectively be on a separate meter, in actual practice the apartments may have individual meters but that likely isn’t necessary for this analysis.
That way the demand, usage, and costs would be isolated to what the base building will actually see.

You should be able to create a sub-meter under the utility tab, and set which ever spaces/zones you want to that sub-meter.

Hello:
I have been doing multifamily eQuest models quite successfully. I can certainly separate the Apartment and Common areas. But how can you separate the two on a monthly basis? The generated Excel file does not separate the two on a monthly basis.
But perhaps I am missing something?
