[Equest-users] Meanings of Constructions

So this is eQUEST or DOE-2 nomenclature, not common industry abbreviations.
Just a guess:
GFlSP = Ground Floor Slab Perimeter (the construction for the exposed edge of a horizontal slab)
GFSHL = Ground Floor Slab Horizontal Layer (the construction for an exposed slab)

You can get a hint by where these constructions are actually used in the model. Right-click in the 3-D Geometry view. Check "Walls > By Construction", then "Walls > Define" to see the colors used for that construction to visually identify where they are used in the model. Or search for the constructions within the .inp file using a text editor.

Bill, they are eQuest construction rems used in the construction menu. I have no idea how to use them in a sentence.

GFSHL and GFISP



Does anyone know what they mean. Obvious pertaining to the ground floor, but..
