If (and only if) your system type happens to be fan coil (FC) then thermal zone variable 39 gives you the return air absolute humidity ratio for the fan coil.  But for other systems it either gives the coil leaving temp or 0.

Beyond that, I believe you are limited to the system return air absolute humidity ratio.

From absolute humidity and temperature, I have had good success with the excel psych add-in for psychrometric calculations.

Would love to hear a better answer.
