[Equest-users] eQuest DOE-2 website is down in Seattle WA

The archive.org organization, crawls the rest of the 
internet making backup copies of web sites to preserve the 
history of the internet and that URL just leverages the last 
time they made a copy of the DOE2.com web site. It is a good 
hack for finding old versions of web sites.
