[Equest-users] Creating a Custom Window sandwich

Has anyone ever created a Custom Window sandwich in eQuest? I need to start with a standard single pane window, then for the EEM, ADD another double glazed component on top of it.
Does anyone know where the below Dictionary exists in the program?
