I appreciate the help from Jeff, Bill, and John.  The problem from my 
side remains.  The tracert dies out at 
be10---0.lcr21.lsan.ca.frontiernet.net [74.40.3.38] .  Frontier hung up 
on me and the doe2.com hosting system (MCI/Verizon) won't talk to 
someone without an account.

If anybody can give me a telephone number of someone who runs doe2.com, 
perhaps I can get them to call their hosting provider.

For now I am locked out.
