[Equest-users] Why heating consumption of baseline sys 7 is more than PAU+FCU?

Hello everyone,

The steam consumption of Baseline Sys 7 is 94.7MBTU, and 18.3MBTU of PAU+FCU.
The heating source of both are district heating.
I don't know how to explain it, can anybody help me?
