[Equest-users] Some assistance for heating and ventilating systems

I am doing a model of an elementary school in Utah. Most of the school has furnace heating and no cooling. So I chose a Heating and Ventilating system for simulation. I actually boosted the T-stats to 74 DegF, as i could not get the gas usage high enough to match the bills.
But there are many space that show under heating. If i could get those spaces satisfied, i probably could lower the thermostat.
I am probably missing something obvious and basic. Can a further set of eyes give me a boost, please?
