[Equest-users] ECONOMICS- set up for Rate changes by Season

I used to do this like the back of my hand in DOE-2.1E. But I haven't done this for awhile in eQuest.
Both my Gas and Electric rate have a Winter season and a Summer season. I haven't done the FLAG thing for awhile.
Can someone send me screen shots as to how to set up such a Seasonal Rate?
