[Equest-users] Heating is not on for System Type Pkgd Va

Thank you John. It is a proposed model based on an existing design. So my
model is basically showing what they have. The part confused me the most
was that maybe the unmet hours are due to being lack of reheat coil, but
how could the heating is 0 throughout all the zones. Is that possible?
