[Equest-users] Heating is not on for System Type Pkgd Var Vol, and 4380 under heated hours

Michael,

Thanks for your response. I think you are correct that the Thermostat type
should be Reverse Action for VAV. I changed the thermostat type to
"Reverse Action" accordingly, but the space heat is still ZERO.
