[Equest-users] Updated Canadian CWEC Weather Files

It's just occurred to me that you were asking for the periods of record 
for the NEW CWEC, whereas I thought you were asking about the earlier 
CWEC2!

I haven't looked at the new CWEC, but the epw format should also so the 
years for each historical month.  Having said that, looking at the years 
on the files does not give you an accurate reading of the period of record.
