[Equest-users] Metal frame walls

Hi Gang:
Every once in a while, a model appears.
I have forgotten how to do a metal frame wall with infill batt insulation. The wall is a 2 x 6 @ 24" centers with 6" R-19 insulation. I also know that there is 4 " board insulation continuous across the steel. 
Where can i go for the equivalent R-values?
