highest demand it's been in years.  There are so many opportunities out

Firm is seeking an Energy Modeling Analyst to join our high performance
buildings team. An international engineering firm specializing in building
systems design for a range of projects, including office and residential
buildings, laboratories, retail, academic and government facilities,

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven
Energy Modeling Analyst with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of 3-7 years of experience designing energy
systems, performing iterative energy analysis for large scale commercial and
residential buildings, analyzing results, and reporting recommendations to
clients. Candidates must be proficient in eQuest for Energy Code compliance,
LEED certification and incentive programs. Knowledge of the LEED Green
Building Rating System as it pertains to building energy performance is
required. Candidates must provide at least three large scale new
construction reference projects for which they performed the entire energy
analysis. Reference projects must be LEED Certified or the energy analysis
must be approved by GBCI.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical, communication and
interpersonal skills as well as fluency in Revit, AutoCAD and Google Sketch
Up. Individuals must possess a strong HVAC design background with an
interest in building energy efficiency and highly detailed analysis.
Preference will be given to those with Energy Plus experience Energy Plus
and BEMP certification.
