[Equest-users] version 3.65 build 7174

Hello,

I had similar issue but successfully installed this through command prompt
option given as:

STEP-1: Open command prompt as Administrator
STEP-2: Type this command -   msiexec /i
"C:\Users\*XYZ*\Downloads\eQUEST_3-65Build7174_Setup_2017-07-13
ReleaseTesting.msi"
STEP-3 - ENTER
STEP-4 Follow step and DONE!!
