[Equest-users] What does Space Heat include?

Dear all,

Happy Holiday!

I have a question: What does Space Heat include in eQuest? I set a heating
design temp very low, like 40 F for a ventilation only condition, but still
get 0.01  x10^6 Btu Space Heat in June and Aug for Climate zone 3B. That
does not make any sense. I tried several ways to detect where that space
heat comes from in June, but could not figure out.
Here is the background of my model: It is in climate zone 3B. The baseline
is DX+Furnace (ASHRAE). I have four schedules to control temperature:
Cooling (75F), Heating(72F), Ventilation for cooling season(100F),
ventilation for heating season(40F). I setup 100F and 40F to avoid turning
the cooling and heating mode on for the rooms requesting ventilation only.

Please let me know if I did something wrong for my model. Thank you!
