[Equest-users] eQuest loses information

I would open the BDL file generated when you opened that eQuest file, and use ctrl+f --> “error” to identify the first error occurring from the top-down.  It may be obvious from there what’s missing or incorrectly/inadvertently edited.
Oftentimes fixing one accidental INP error (like a missing .. or name) will fix all those errors following.

Hi,

I was running my model several times and no error. However, after I open the .inp file with Notepad, the model shows a lot of errors of missing information. The HVAC system, envelop inputs and schedules are missing. Have this happened to any of you? Couldn't I read the input file?
