Yes Damon-- John is right, eQuest can model other country weather files, but you have to download them and reference them yourself within eQuest.  When you go to select the location in the wizard drop down menu, choose the "user specified" option and then you can point to the weather file you want to use.  Be sure to download your weather file and place it into the "Weather" folder that is found in the eQuest DATA folder in your 'My Documents' area.

I am new to Equest and I see there is only the option for selecting US states and cities.

 

I need to model a building outside the US, is there any way around this?

 

I also downloaded the Canadian version but similar issue.

 

I assume the location settings are for the climatic data, is it not possible to modify the settings?
