[Equest-users] Costco warehouse model unmet heating load hours

I have about 4 unmet heating load hours.  After tweaking things I have found that I can reduce it to 1 by increasing the internal equipment load and adjusting the schedule.  Then I tried increasing the heat capacity but that didn't help.  Why wouldn't increasing the heating capacity by double get rid of 1 heating load hour?  Makes no sense to me.
