[Equest-users] Refrigeration with heat recovery

Hi All,
I'm new to this group and very new to the eQuest refrigeration modeling, plus new to my job of evaluating someone else's models. My current project is a supermarket. The baseline is an RTU. The retrofit is an RTU with heat reclamation.
In each case there are 8 "Refrigeration Fixtures" in the zone.

When I used Notepad++ to compare the baseline and retrofit input files DEFROST-CAP/LEN was only in the baseline input for each of those "Refrigeration Fixtures".

Baseline code:
COIL-CAP/LEN     = 1445
   DEFROST-TYPE     = OFF-CYCLE
   DEFROST-CAP/LEN  = 1400
   DEFROST-EFF      = 0.93
   DEFROST-DT       = 10
   DEFROST-INITIATE = DEMAND
   DEFROST-TERMINAT = TEMPERATURE
   DEFROST-DURATION = 59
   NUM-DEFROSTS/DAY = 3
   LIQUID-CIRCUIT   = "Liquid_MTB +17"
   SUCTION-CIRCUIT  = "SuctionCircuit_C4D80D4BE16CA"

Retrofit code:

It appears that the defrost cycle occurs in the retrofit but has no length defined.

Is the difference because of the heat reclamation?
