There is by default a multiplier applied to the floors between the ground and top floor (as they all share identical envelope/internal loads).  If you need to make distinctions between these floors and a multiplier is not appropriate in this fashion (or if the 3D view simply bugs you and you don’t mind longer simulation/load times), there is a box you can tick in the wizards to ensure each floor is generated separately.

I have problem in building foot print "custome shape " .I have 6 stories building ( 1 ground floor - 5 above " 
 
but when I did 3D modeling >>just appear 3 stories 
Could you help me to solve this problem ?
