Hi:

Have you given any thought to revising the attachment names so that a number of attachments saved to a common file can create an alphabetical list of topics? One can achieve by revising the attachments but, it takes time. 

Imagine all of the mailings set up so that one can save the attachments to a common file and end up with a list of files that state the topic. Then one can open the common file, search the alphabetically ordered list of files to source the information related to a particular topic.
