[Equest-users] Windows error

Based on the context you provided (particularly it works on another's pc),
this sounds like the sort of issue that *might* be resolved with a fresh
install of Equest after an uninstall. This isn't unheard of - sometimes a
stable installation just goes awry. Wouldn't be too hard to try in any
case.
