[Equest-users] natural ventilation scenario and LEED

Well, I would say that openings are certainly "operable".  "Operable" 
means "able to be opened" as far as I'm concerned.  Open is open.

You may have to explain it to the USGBC reviewer, but I would expect 
this to be fine.
