[Equest-users] PTAC per shell or per zone!

Has anyone compared the simulation results of PTAC per zone and per shell.
I try this using a simple model(5zone per floor and 3 multi-floor) and different zones with different thermostat.
The results are same and it confuses me.
Could anyone give same idea about this strange things?
