[Equest-users] C Factor and F Factor

If you look at Table A6.3, you'll see that an F-factor of 0.73
corresponds to an unheated slab with no insulation. So maybe you don't
have to change anything?
Isn't the idea for the C-factor that you use Tables A3.1B and C to
determine the corresponding U-value based on the construction and
C-factor requirements?
I could be doing this all wrong, but that's what I usually do.

Arpan,
I know I am suppose to change my F Factor to .73 and C Factor - 1.14
for non residential building in climate zone 4A. I am having issues
with actually changing the properties of the materials to reflect this.
All of my underground walls wont allow me to input any values.

Hello all,
I received USGBC comments for my model asking to input
C-Factor values and F-Factor values for my underground walls and slab on
grade floors. However, when I went back to my model to adjust the
properties of the underground walls and the floors, I cannot change
those fields. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Justin
