[Equest-users] Modeling Supplemental Heating

For supplemental heating, major inputs are:


(1)    OA temperature below which supplemental heating is allowed

(2)    OA temperature below which the heat pump is turned off

The first is to be set at 40°F per Appendix G: Section G3.1.3.1 - Heat Pumps (Systems 2 and 4).

I do not seem to find anything on which value to set the second at. The default eQuest value is also 40°F, but heat pumps can operate at less than this temperature.

Is there any guidance over there?
